There's no denying that this season, it's the return of the one-bare-shoulder. And we love it. This was another one of those unique pieces we just knew we had to share with you lovelies out there. Smocked at the waist and at the versatile neck-line, this cute dress which somehow just reminds us of Mary Poppins, comes accompanied with the white waist clincher seen in the first four pictures (How's that for a deal, we say!). Leave the sleeves up, pull one side down on either shoulder for a peek-a-boo, or go even further and easily tuck a side under an arm for a toga-like feel to it.
