At times when all we want to do is chill and yet still look good, we turn (no pun intended) to something like Turn the Tide. A sleeveless button down shirt, it is loose without looking too bulky, and its material airy enough for our weather. Wear it as it is, or belt it up to give it some shape. What’s more, we’re totally a fan of those inconsistent stripes – it adds some attitude to an otherwise simple piece.

For some reason, the opening riffs of our favourite Boys Like Girls ditty always seem to ring in our heads when we look at this one right here. (In fact, we think it’ll be perfect concert-gear to mosh in, sing in, dance in!) We loved the distressed looking vertical stripes across the pinafore-like body of this dress, and the cute little pocket on the right. Turn behind, and it’s a whole different ball game though – you’ve got some sexy back going on. Our model wore this with a black tube inside, but go ahead and do without it if you prefer!

There's nothing we love better than an ultra sexy short minidress to heat up the dancefloor with. Or at least, that's what we thought. Now, there's nothing we love better than an ultra sexy short lace minidress to heat up the dancefloor with! The sexy black lace set against sultry deep purple is a perfect combination, in our humble opinions, but what makes this piece perfect is the mesh top and the peekaboo-like peephole in the back. Pure winner, we say. Perfect as a dress for petites, but works just as well with leggings or skinnies for the more vertically blessed.

It's not everyday that we chance upon off-shoulders in anything other than plain colours, so we're definitely keeping one of these awesome pieces! In grayscale-esque newprint colours, we adore the printed skyline/waterfront graphics on the front and back of this off shoulder shirtdress. For the petites, wear it out as a dress with opaque stockings (there are two cute pockets as well!) or even wear it out as a top with a high waisted skirt. Made out of thin cotton, this is definitely one off-shoulder that's uber delightful to wear in this sweltering heat.
