Shopping is supposed to be a fun (a little guilty, but shush! :p) experience for you.

Here's just a few basic things we need to go through before the ultimate shopping spree begins!

1. Serious buyers only. Please don't disappear on us after you've reserved a piece - at least let us know? We really don't bite.

2. No refunds or exchanges will be entertained after transactions are made.

3. Goods sold are on a first come first serve basis.

4. Prices quoted in posts are not inclusive of shipping costs and will have to be borne by the buyer. We want to ensure safety through shipping; hence, xoxo.chic recommends you to send out goods by Pos Laju as it is quick, safe and provides a parcel tracking number. The prices for Pos Laju are from as follows, depending on the weight of the purchase:-

West Malaysia - from RM 6
East Malaysia - from RM 8

5. On our part, we will try our best to ensure that our photography provides an excellent representation of the true colour of the item. However, please do note that due to various computer monitor settings, there might be a slight discrepancy in colours. We are more than happy to provide additional pictures upon request if you are still doubtful of the colour pictured. :) (Don't hesitate to ask, we're a friendly bunch, really!)

6. Clothes sold are not inclusive of the accessories accompanying them in our pictures unless stated.
