How to Order? I Want!

1. First of all, make sure you really really want that piece. ;)

2. We believe in, and want to provide all you dear customers with a happy shopping experience. Hence, it is advised that you read our terms and conditions before proceeding and/or drop us any enquiries you have regarding an item(s).

3. Ready? Great! You're all ready to send in your order form now!

Due to the changes in our schedules, xoxo.chic are now only available for COD at SS2 in Petaling Jaya during Mon - Fri nights and Sat - Sun (all day).

We will try our very best to accommodate COD requests within these times, but please bear in mind these availabilities listed are subject to our working hours. Rest assured, we will try our best to make sure you get your items as soon as we can.

However, if you would like things to be more convenient, we do recommend you opt for postage :)



Postage

If you select postage, do also include your mailing address! We will then email you back with confirmation and our banking details. We do our online banking with Maybank.


Shipping will be done every Saturday.


4. Confirmation of the availability of the item will be done through SMS/email within 2 days.

5. And that's it! Once we have received payment, or made a COD appointment, you will be the proud new owner of that item you've had your eye on!

Shopping is supposed to be a fun (a little guilty, but shush! :p) experience for you.

Here's just a few basic things we need to go through before the ultimate shopping spree begins!

1. Serious buyers only. Please don't disappear on us after you've reserved a piece - at least let us know? We really don't bite.

2. No refunds or exchanges will be entertained after transactions are made.

3. Goods sold are on a first come first serve basis.

4. Prices quoted in posts are not inclusive of shipping costs and will have to be borne by the buyer. We want to ensure safety through shipping; hence, xoxo.chic recommends you to send out goods by Pos Laju as it is quick, safe and provides a parcel tracking number. The prices for Pos Laju are from as follows, depending on the weight of the purchase:-

West Malaysia - from RM 6
East Malaysia - from RM 8

5. On our part, we will try our best to ensure that our photography provides an excellent representation of the true colour of the item. However, please do note that due to various computer monitor settings, there might be a slight discrepancy in colours. We are more than happy to provide additional pictures upon request if you are still doubtful of the colour pictured. :) (Don't hesitate to ask, we're a friendly bunch, really!)

6. Clothes sold are not inclusive of the accessories accompanying them in our pictures unless stated.

The Avid Shoppers Behind xoxo.chic

xoxo.chic is the baby and brainchild of three best mates with a penchant for over-shopping, over-giggling and over-frequenting mamak joints; with keen eyes for styles, trends, colours and textures. They have been giggling and shopping together since 11 years ago... and counting!

This shoplog started up while they were finishing up their final year in universities and continues to be a pure passion even as they enter the corporate rat race.

They adore Ipanema flip-flops, public holidays, fierce high-heels, earrings, husky male singing voices and delectable to-die-for Ms. Read chocolate cake. Together, they brave the scorching sun and heavy tropical rain to scour the shops for the best deals and chicest pieces for xoxo.chic.

Our first ever offline presence at the 3K Bazaar in March, 2009.
